How to make a consumer complaint?

Making the consumer complaint does not require any extra knowledge from your side. Besides, we are there for you every step of the way.

If you have acquired your bike from a bike shop, we recommend you contact the bike shop directly. If you happen to need any help with communicating with the bike shop, you can always contact our customer service.

If the bike was ordered from an online store within the EU, our team at GoByBike will take care of handling the complaint. Please write us a message, where you clearly describe the problem behind the customer complaint. The message should also include the bike's order number and a photo of the flaw. The order number can be found in the order confirmation we sent you during the ordering process. Sometimes, a video may also be needed. If you have ordered your bike from Canyon, you should also include a photo of the bike's QR code in the mail, which can be found under the bike's frame.
